Sustainable agriculture is carried out to in the campus in 7 acres. 2 members from RISE India Trust were trained in Tamil Nadu Agriculture University on Organic farming practices. Coconut, banana, mango, Guava, Sapodilla, gooseberry, maize and groundnut is being cultivated. Students participate in cultivating vegetables and learn organic cultivation practices. Organic fertilizers and pesticides are prepared within the campus and used in the farms. Currently, there are 400 Coconut trees at RISE School. The most important future objective is to train the students and their parents in best practices in agriculture. Profits from agriculture activities subsidize low-income student fees. RISE School plans to continue with this model of sustainable agriculture and food production as a key focal area.
